Salman Harun

Salman Harun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical maintenance and engineering, currently serving as the Sr. Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor at Lafarge Cement Indonesia since March 2004. With a specialization in dust pollution control, Salman manages a network of 70 dust collectors and bag houses in various plant areas to ensure compliance with dust emission targets. Prior to this role, Salman held positions at PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk as a Mechanical Planner and at PT. Semen Cibinong Tbk as a Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Inspection Supervisor, contributing to significant industrial projects. Salman holds a Polytechnic degree in Mechanical Production from Universitas Syiah Kuala, earned between 1987 and 1991, and has completed various certifications in inspection, planning, and safety training.
