Scott Jones

Scott Jones is an experienced process engineer at Holcim Cement in Midlothian, Texas, since October 2011, and has held various engineering roles at Owens Corning from April 1984 to January 2009. In the position of manufacturing engineer, Scott improved process control and productivity on the V1 line and developed training processes that involved employees in creating and presenting training modules. Previous roles included enhancing the reliability of packaging equipment and implementing cost reduction programs in the Ceiling Board manufacturing plant in Newark, Ohio. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, earned between 1979 and 1984.
