Sugato Bhowmick

Sugato Bhowmick has extensive experience in HR roles, starting as an HR Trainee at Siemens in 1994. Sugato then worked at ABB as a Location HR Manager(East) from 1995 to 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they served as the Head of Human Resources, India at Fläkt Woods AB. Sugato then joined Reliance Industries Limited as a General Manager-HR from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they became the Hub HR Head, East at Reliance Communications Limited from 2008 to 2011. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - HR at Lafarge Cement since July 2011.

Sugato Bhowmick completed an MBA in HR from Madurai Kamaraj University between 1992 and 1994.
