Virginie Darbo

Virginie Darbo has a wealth of experience in finance and leadership roles. Virginie worked at Holcim as the Head of Finance for different regions, including Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Algeria, overseeing financial operations, managing turnovers, and leading teams. Prior to that, they were the CFO of Holcim Russia and also served as the Project Controller for a large construction project in Russia. Virginie also worked as the Internal Control Director in China & APAC for Holcim, where they established and strengthened the internal controls function. Before joining Holcim, Virginie worked as an Audit Manager at Deloitte France and as a Consultant at A.S. Consulting. Virginie took a sabbatical year in Mexico during their career.

Virginie Darbo earned a Master's degree in Finance, General from Montpellier Business School from 1993 to 1996.
