Vladimir Frolov

Vladimir Frolov is an experienced engineering professional with a proven track record in the cement industry. Currently serving as the Country Engineering and Capex Manager at LafargeHolcim since February 2019, Vladimir is responsible for overseeing the execution of capital expenditure projects, ensuring they meet time, cost, and engineering standards. Previously, Vladimir held various roles including Manager of Senior Process Engineers at Eurocement Group, focusing on production planning and quality control enhancements, and process engineer at TulaCement LLC/HeidelbergCement Group, where responsibilities included technological development and process optimization. Vladimir's career began as a process engineer at PC Heidelberg Cement Ukraine, and earlier as a Shift Master at PC DneproAZOT. Vladimir holds a degree in Process Engineering from the Ukrainian State Chemical Technology University.
