Yasmine Ben Cheikh

Yasmine Ben Cheikh serves as the Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Legal and Compliance for UAE and Oman at Holcim since March 2018. Previously, Yasmine held positions as Group Company Secretary & Legal Counsel at Equitativa Group from September 2017 to February 2018, and as a Commercial and Corporate Lawyer at Donia Hedda Ellouze Law Firm from August 2015 to October 2016. Earlier experience includes roles as a Junior Associate in M&A/Regulatory and as a Trainee Lawyer at Courtois Lebel, as well as a Trainee Lawyer at BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP. Yasmine's educational background includes a Master's degree in Comparative Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, an Islamic Finance Qualification from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, and two Master's degrees in Business Law and Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
