Feliciano González Muñoz

Feliciano González Muñoz has been the Head of HR at Holcim Indonesia Tbk PT since June 2015. Prior to that, they were the Interim CEO at LafargeHolcim from February 2013 to June 2015, and the HR Director Europe at LafargeHolcim from October 2012 to June 2015. From August 2006 to October 2012, they were the Human Resources Director at LafargeHolcim. From July 2004 to July 2006, they were the HR Development Director at Almirall. From April 2002 to June 2004, they were the International HR Manager at BPB Plc. From January 1996 to March 2002, they were the HR Director at BLB Iberplaco. From February 1989 to January 1996, they were the HR manager at Fujitsu.

Feliciano González Muñoz's educational career began with him obtaining their Bachillerato from the Real Colegio Alfonso XII. Feliciano then went on to study Law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Afterwards, they pursued their PhD in Law at the same university and received their Doctor of Law (PhD) degree. Additionally, they have also completed the Holcim Leadership programs at the IMD Business School and has obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the IE Business School.
