Its business is classified into three segments: cement production and distribution; ready-mix concrete production and aggregates mining, and other services, comprising cement distribution services. Its operation for cement business comprises cement plants, located in Narogong, Tuban and Cilacap, Indonesia, and cement grinding stations, located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Ciwandan, Indonesia. Through its subsidiary, PT Holcim Beton, it operates a number of aggregates quarries in Indonesia and a network of ready-mix concrete batching plants. Some of its subsidiaries are PT Wahana Transtama, PT Readymix Concrete Indonesia, PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa, PT Bintang Polindo Perkasa and Holcim (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
