Regina Herren

Regina Herren serves as the Head of Financial Administration for Central Europe West at Holcim Schweiz since October 2017, overseeing teams across Switzerland, Italy, France, and South Germany with responsibilities in tax, insurance, treasury, accounting, and credit management. With extensive experience at LafargeHolcim from May 2001 to September 2017, Regina led global financial consolidation solutions and SAP FC implementations, managing multinational teams and driving compliance with IFRS standards. Previous roles include central controller at Zürich Versicherungen, where Regina redefined budgeting processes and led projects for operational improvements. Educational qualifications include leadership training from IMD and a McFinance degree from GSBA.
