Since that time and in response to community needs, we have expanded our partnerships and services throughout southern and central Pennsylvania, central New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Today, Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems and affiliates are leaders in providing a comprehensive range of services and supports for people with mental health, substance abuse, intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring disorders. Additionally, we provide an array of prevention and educational programs for youth, parents and adults to encourage healthy choices and lifestyles. The philosophy which guides our services and supports is the belief that every individual has the right to develop his or her fullest potential. We recognize the uniqueness of each individual and tailor our services in a manner that is culturally competent, focusing on the individual’s strengths, needs, abilities, interests and desires. Our professional staff support each individual’s right to make informed choices, while promoting the individual’s sense of dignity and self-worth. To facilitate the efficacy of services, all supports and services are provided in the most integrated environment appropriate for an individual’s needs and consistent with applicable evidence based practices.
