Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems joined the Chimes Family of Services in 2000. Since that time and in response to community needs, we have expanded our partnerships and services throughout southern and central Pennsylvania, central New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. 

Today, Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems and affiliates are leaders in providing a comprehensive range of services and supports for people with mental health, substance abuse, intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring disorders. Additionally, we provide an array of prevention and educational programs for youth, parents and adults to encourage healthy choices and lifestyles.

The philosophy which guides our services and supports is the belief that every individual has the right to develop his or her fullest potential. We recognize the uniqueness of each individual and tailor our services in a manner that is culturally competent, focusing on the individual’s strengths, needs, abilities, interests and desires. 

Our professional staff support each individual’s right to make informed choices, while promoting the individual’s sense of dignity and self-worth. To facilitate the efficacy of services, all supports and services are provided in the most integrated environment appropriate for an individual’s needs and consistent with applicable evidence based practices. Holcomb is accredited by the Joint Commission, achieving its initial accreditation in 2000.

The Clinical and Therapeutic Support team at Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems provides individualized support and interventions to clients with mental health, substance abuse, and developmental challenges. Team members, including Case Managers, Behavioral Support Staff, Clinical Support Specialists, Therapeutic Staff, and Mental Health Outpatient Therapists, collaborate to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's unique strengths and needs. Their services aim to promote informed choices, dignity, and self-worth, ensuring clients reach their fullest potential within the most integrated, evidence-based environments.
