Christopher Niess

Christopher Niess is a seasoned accounting professional, currently serving as a Senior Staff Accountant at Holden Forests & Gardens since November 2019. Previously held the position of Staff Accountant at the same organization. Prior experience includes roles at The University of Akron, where Christopher served as a Resident Assistant and Summer Conference Staff Employee, engaging with students and guests to foster community and provide essential information. Christopher’s accounting experience further extends to a Tax Accounting Internship at Pease & Associates, CPAs, where tax return preparation and client communication were key responsibilities. Earlier work experience includes operational roles in the food service industry and practical skills in house painting. Christopher Niess earned a degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Akron, completing studies in 2019.
