Kristy Venning

Kristy Venning has a strong background in real estate and asset management. Currently, Kristy serves as the Vice President Asset Management at Holder Properties, overseeing office and student housing investments. Previously, Kristy held roles at Beacon Partners, Flagship Healthcare Properties, and Divaris Real Estate. Kristy holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design from Virginia Tech, as well as a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate at UNC Charlotte.
