HOLDERNESS SCHOOL
Jini Sparkman is a Texas native who found her home in the mountains of New Hampshire with her wife, Courtney, and their French bulldogs, Dublin and Oggie. She joined Holderness School as a teacher, coach, and residential faculty member in 2014 from the Plymouth State University English Department. In addition to her work as the Director of the Office of Equity and Inclusion, Jini is also the co-founder of the Network for Independent School Equity, an organization that seeks to support and empower underrepresented educators. She holds a B.A. and an M.Ed, both from Plymouth State University, and is currently completing an MEd in Educational Leadership from Columbia University's Klingenstein Center.
