Muhammad Gazi Moin Ul Islam Chowdhury has extensive experience in process improvement and IT operations, currently serving as a Process Improvement Executive and Senior IT & Operation Executive at Aramex since July 2013. Responsibilities include managing express shipment operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems while maintaining quality service standards to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Muhammad worked as a Remote Quality Specialist at Locu for a brief period. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Computer and Communication Engineering from the International Islamic University Chittagong and a Secondary School Certificate in Science from Nasirabad Government High School.
