Giovanni Fazio

Giovanni Fazio began their work experience in 2004 as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. In 2005, they joined Bain & Company where they held various roles including Associate Consultant, Consultant, Manager, Principal, and finally Partner. During their time at Bain, Giovanni focused on strategic planning, business performance improvement, direct channel strategy, implementation, indirect channel optimization, and loyalty economics. In 2018, they became the Group CEO at Holding Carisma.

Giovanni Fazio attended Luiss Guido Carli University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in economics and finance. Giovanni achieved a commendable academic standing, graduating with a 110 cum laude distinction.
