Gillian Chandrasena

Gillian Chandrasena has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Gillian is currently the Chief People Officer at Reliance Worldwide Corporation. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at Honeywell, including VP Human Resources for Honeywell Connected Enterprise and Honeywell Building Solutions. Gillian also worked as the Head of HR for Corporate Functions & Transformation at Honeywell Building Technologies. Before Honeywell, Gillian worked as an Executive Human Resource Consultant at Peak Praxis Consulting, where they focused on transforming organizations through harnessing people potential. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Brambles, Cleanaway Waste Management, Centrica, and British Gas, where they gained experience in global HR, talent management, learning and development, and customer service management.

Gillian Chandrasena completed their BA (Hons) in English & Politics at De Montfort University in 1997. In 2005, they obtained a Pgdip in CIPD from the University of West London. In 2013, they obtained a Coaching Certification from The Coaches Training Institute. Additionally, Gillian Chandrasena completed an MBA in Business at De Montfort University in 2003.
