Genelle Cooper has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership and management roles. Genelle started their career as an Office Manager at Aaron Pest Control, Inc. in 1982, where they worked until 1987. Genelle then joined Financial Security Savings as an Assistant Mortgage Loan Processor for a year before moving on to Independence Mortgage Corporation of America as a Mortgage Loan Processor and Loan Officer from 1988 to 1991.

In 1991, Genelle joined Holiday Builders and held multiple roles within the company. Genelle started as a Division Office Manager, overseeing all aspects of the division office functions and managing an average of 200 new homes annually. Genelle then became the Regional Office Director, responsible for office administration in three counties and significantly improving customer satisfaction ratings. Genelle later served as the Director of Office Operations, providing corporate oversight for office functions across multiple states and implementing a new CRM application.

Genelle's proficiency and success led their to be promoted to Vice President of Operations at Holiday Builders, where they directly managed the Dallas, TX division and successfully negotiated with landowners/developers to acquire new community opportunities. Genelle also played a vital role in the creation and implementation of a company-wide quality assurance construction program, leading to the New Home Quality Award by J D Powers and Associates.

Before joining Holiday Builders again as a Vice President of Operations in 2015, Genelle worked at Valencia College as a Supervisor from 2011 to 2012. This experience highlights their versatility and adaptability to different industries and organizations.
