Lee Palmer has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Lee started their career as a Human Resource Representative at Children's Home Society, where they supervised the HR staff and handled employee relation issues. Later, they joined Medical Technology Transfer Corporation as a Human Resource Manager, where they were responsible for setting up and implementing the HR department and developing HR plans and procedures. Currently, Lee holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Holiday Builders, where they manage various HR programs and establishes business partner relationships with internal company management. Overall, Lee Palmer has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, policy implementation, employee relations, and HR administration throughout their career.

Lee Palmer has a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, which they obtained from Webster University from 2004 to 2006.
