Harsh Gupta is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Holiday Tribe since June 2025, Harsh previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Pluang from June 2019 to June 2025, where responsibilities included team building, mentorship, and collaboration with product teams for sustainable growth. As a Lead Software Engineer, Harsh spearheaded the design and development of crypto and global stock indexes products, utilizing a diverse tech stack including Java, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Additionally, Harsh founded Second Brain in June 2024, addressing the need for effective digital content management. Previous roles at ZipLoan involved developing loan management systems and sales analytics dashboards, and early career experiences include internships at MAQ Software and Pixvera. Harsh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Nirma University.
