Al Keller

Al Keller, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Al currently serves as the Director of Sales at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari since September 2021. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Director of Sales Operations at Versteel, where they implemented strategies to accelerate sales, increase profit, and identify new market opportunities. From 2011 to 2018, Al worked as the Regional Sales Manager for the West Region & Canada at Stens Corporation, managing regional sales and implementing effective business strategies. Al also gained experience as a Contract Specialist at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, from 2010 to 2011, where they facilitated contract negotiations and ensured compliance with contractual obligations. Earlier in their career, Al worked at Versteel as an Inside Sales Manager from 2004 to 2009, overseeing daily operations and improving order throughput. Additionally, from 1992 to 2005, they served in multiple roles at Jasper Engines & Transmissions, including Director of Call Center Operations, General Manager of Customer Service, General Manager of Inside Sales, Inside Sales Team Leader, and Inside Sales Representative. Al brings a wealth of experience and expertise in sales, operations, and customer service to their current role as Director of Sales.

Al Keller, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Business Analytics, from the University of Southern Indiana in 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management at Indiana University Southeast from 1989 to 1991.

In addition to their formal education, Al has also obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they completed the "Overcoming Rejection" certification from LinkedIn. In October 2020, they completed the "Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook" certification, also from LinkedIn. Al also holds an Automotive Technician certification from ASE, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
