Charlotte Schnurbein started their career as a PR Intern at Lidl UK in October 2015, where they worked until January 2016. In March 2018, they joined the HolidayPirates Group as a Junior Strategic Marketing & Campaign Manager and held this role until January 2020. Charlotte then transitioned to the position of Strategic Marketing & Campaign Manager at the same company, where they worked until October 2021. Currently, they serve as the Senior Campaign Manager & Social Media Strategist at HolidayPirates Group, starting in November 2021.

Charlotte Schnurbein completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in General Management from PFH Private Fachhochschule Göttingen, from 2012 to 2015. Charlotte then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Marketing from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2016 to 2017.
