Sarah Santana

Sarah Santana is an experienced professional in sales and account management, currently serving as a Mentor at Stackd since August 2023 and a Senior Teamlead Sales & Account Management at Holidu Hosts since July 2020. In this role, Sarah leads a team of up to 13 individuals across Southern Germany and Austria, focusing on team building, process optimization, and regional growth through marketing initiatives. Prior to Holidu Hosts, Sarah held various leadership positions at Frontline Performance Group from September 2014 to July 2020, including Assistant Performance Director EMEA North, where the emphasis was on enhancing frontline operations in the hospitality sector. Sarah's career began at AIDA Cruises and included notable positions at Hilton Worldwide and Oman Air. Educationally, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Tourism and Event Management from Angell Business School Freiburg and the University of Melbourne.
