Ellen Heim

Ellen Heim has extensive experience in hospice and home health care, currently serving as a Community Liaison for Holisticare Hospice since April 2023, where responsibilities include coordinating referrals for hospice care. Prior to this, Ellen held the position of Hospice Account Executive at Advantage Home Health & Hospice from March 2022 to April 2023, focusing on marketing hospice services and providing community education in Berks County, PA. Ellen's career also includes a significant tenure as a Home Health Consultant at Berks Visiting Nurse Association from June 2005 to December 2020, where marketing efforts targeted physician groups and various living facilities. Additionally, Ellen worked at Caron Foundation from May 1990 to June 2005 as a Continuing Care Counselor/Case Manager, managing care for patients post-treatment and promoting educational programs in local school districts. Ellen holds a B.A. in Drug and Alcohol Counseling and Administration, Counseling and Psychology from Alvernia University, earned between 1979 and 1983.
