Jim has held positions such as Vice President of Account and Partner Management at HolistiCyber, SVP of Delivery at Verisae, and Vice President of Customer Care at ViryaNet. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for managing client relationships, professional services, and organizational structures to drive company growth and success.

Jim Robidoux completed their Bachelor of Science in Management and Computer Science at Worcester State University from 1975 to 1979. Jim then pursued their Masters in Business Administration at Clark University from 1984 to 1987.
