Brandy Black

Brandy Black, MBA, is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as the Assistant Accounting Manager at Holladay Properties since January 2024, overseeing a team of senior accountants and accountants while maintaining direct client communication. Previous roles include Accounting Supervisor at Hawthorne Residential Partners, managing multiple property accountants and financial processes; Assistant Controller at Koury Corporation, supervising lease and hotel accountants; and Senior Accountant at Blue Ridge Companies, focusing on accounts payable, receivable, and financial report reviews. Brandy began the accounting career as a Property Accountant and has extensive experience in auditing and curriculum planning from Guilford Technical Community College. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from The Graduate School at UNC Pembroke, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Guilford College, and an Associate degree in Accounting from Guilford Technical Community College.
