Lydia Sewell

Lydia Sewell is an accomplished violinist and creative producer with extensive experience in both performance and educational settings. Currently serving as a violinist for the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra and Holland America Line, Lydia has also held positions as a creative producer at Bravebird and a curriculum designer for Discover Melody, where development of violin curricula from Levels 0 to Pre-College has been a focus. Previous roles include substitute and associate positions with various orchestras, and a graduate teaching assistantship at Duquesne University, where assistance was provided in organizing violin lessons and supporting faculty. Lydia holds a Master’s Degree in Violin Performance from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from Azusa Pacific University.
