Paul Grigsby

Paul Grigsby has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Paul began their career as an Industrial Engineer at Boeing in 1987. Paul then moved on to Totem Ocean Trailer Express, where they worked as a Marketing Research Analyst from 1993 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Holland America Line as a Senior Manager Pricing, before progressing to the role of Director Analysis & Revenue Performance in 2004. From 2011 to 2017, they served as the Senior Director of Revenue Planning, and eventually became the Vice President of Revenue Planning & Analytics in June 2017.

Paul Grigsby earned a BBA in Business, Marketing, and Mathematics from Pacific Lutheran University in the years 1982 to 1986. Paul later pursued a MMA degree in Marine Transportation and Port Management at the University of Washington from 1990 to 1992.
