Rochelle Sias

Rochelle Sias currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Holland America Line since January 2020, after previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Consultant (Temp) at Volkswagen Group South Africa for a recruitment project in late 2019, and a tenure at AutoX from May 2012 to July 2019 as an Employee Relations/HR Manager and HR Officer, specializing in the automotive industry's lead acid battery manufacturing. Additionally, Rochelle worked as an HR Admin Team Leader at Aspen Pharmacare from July 2011 to April 2012 and as an HR Team Leader at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from July 2003 to May 2009.
