Vaughn Kercher

Vaughn Kercher is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and project delivery across leading companies in the cruise and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as Director of IT Infrastructure & Technical Delivery at Holland America Line since September 2023, Vaughn directs IT infrastructure deployment and leads teams in project and technical delivery management. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of IT PMO and Manager of Resource and Compliance Management at Princess Cruises, and Delivery Manager at Capgemini, where Vaughn was responsible for managing critical resources and ensuring project success. With a robust background in network engineering, project management, and IT solutions delivery, Vaughn has effectively contributed to corporate objectives and operational efficiencies in various organizations, including AT&T, WaMu, BT, Cingular Wireless, and Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Educated at City University and Highline College, Vaughn combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive successful IT initiatives.
