Andrea Macdonald is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in healthcare management, particularly within child development and rehabilitation services. Currently serving as Operations Manager for the Child Development Program at Holland Bloorview since August 2012, Andrea oversees multiple clinical teams and is responsible for operational, human resource, and financial management while fostering collaboration to align with the organization's strategic goals. Previous roles include Patient Care Manager at Bridgepoint Health, Clinical Team Manager at North York General Hospital, and various leadership positions at 1to1 Communication Therapy, Grandview Children's Centre, Erinoak, and Kent County Children's Treatment Centre. Andrea holds a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Minot State University.
