Jan Andrysek

Jan Andrysek is an accomplished Associate Professor at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering since July 2018 and has been a Senior Scientist at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital since 2005. As a Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer at LegWorks Inc. since April 2014, Jan Andrysek focuses on developing innovative products, including the All-Terrain Knee, aimed at aiding lower limb amputees. Jan Andrysek held the position of Associate Director for the Clinical Engineering Program at the University of Toronto's IBBME from January 2015 to June 2020 and served as an Assistant Professor at IBBME from April 2010 to June 2018, contributing to multidisciplinary research in biomedical engineering.
