Arjan van Amersfoort

Arjan Van Amersfoort has a strong background in various industries and roles. Arjan is currently serving as the Head of Global Product Development & Product Stewardship at Holland Colours since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at TANATEX CHEMICALS B.V. as a Plant Manager from March 2019 to May 2021.

Before joining TANATEX CHEMICALS B.V., Arjan held positions at FrieslandCampina, where they served as a Cluster Leader Process Development Cheese and later as a Project- & Portfolio Manager Technology & Innovation. Arjan was responsible for managing process development and leading the NPD portfolio management for various business groups.

Additionally, Arjan worked as a Project Manager Development at Unilever after the acquisition of Sara Lee, where they also held the role of Project Manager Development. Arjan started their career at AkzoNobel as a Process Technologist.

Throughout their career, Arjan has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in process development, project management, and portfolio management.

Arjan Van Amersfoort completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry at the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 1996 to 1999. Arjan later went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Twente.
