William Soules

William Soules is a Senior Project Manager at Holland Engineering, Inc. since November 2007. Previously, William held the title of Manager Transmission Design at DTE Energy Gas for 36 years. William is responsible for overseeing the design and construction of natural gas pipelines and related facilities. William Soules obtained their education at Michigan Technological University.
