Craig Stewart

Craig Stewart is a Commercial Litigation Partner at Holland & Hart LLP, where a career spanning over three decades began in 1989. As the leader of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, Craig has represented numerous corporations in various contract disputes, achieving favorable outcomes through pretrial orders, trials, and settlements. Notably, representation of a 30-year legacy owner of a lead mine in Southeastern Missouri involved defending against environmental claims under the RCRA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and tort claims from neighboring landowners. Craig's legal experience also includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Earl E at the United States District Court for the District of Kansas from 1987 to 1989. Academically, Craig obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from The University of Kansas.
