Derek Kearl

Derek Kearl is a partner at Holland & Hart LLP, specializing in business litigation, lender liability, securities disputes, and government investigations since December 2008. Prior to this role, Kearl served as a litigation attorney at Howrey LLP from 2005 to 2008, focusing on auditor liability, securities disputes, and SEC investigations.
