Ronald Schop is a seasoned professional in the field of reliability engineering, currently serving as a Professional Reliability Specialist and Sr. Director of Reliability at Holland Innovative since November 2010. In this role, Ronald has overseen the development of the EU Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) Educational Program in collaboration with prestigious universities in Stuttgart, Amsterdam, and Brussels. Ronald is also the President and Owner of Weibull Reliability Engineering, offering specialized reliability workshops across the EU. With a background that includes significant positions at DAF Trucks NV as a Senior Reliability Engineer and Supervisor of the Reliability Engineering Department, Ronald has extensive experience in statistical analysis, reliability methodologies, and project management. An early career at Van de Wetering Engineering / AFRIT involved managing development projects for commercial trailers and military truck bodies. Ronald holds a Mechanical Engineer degree from HTS Rotterdam and completed secondary education at Develstein College Zwijndrecht.
