Rich Trojan

Rich Trojan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rich currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Holland LP, a leading engineering-based company in the railroad and related industries. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Human Resources - Consultant at Lexington Health Network. From 2012 to 2016, Rich held the role of Vice President, Human Resources & Corporate Services at The HallStar Company, where they provided strategic leadership for the global HR function of a specialty chemical company. Rich also served as Vice President - Human Resources and Director - Human Resources at Videojet, a Danaher Company, where they implemented Lean principles to streamline HR processes and contributed to the company's market leadership position. Before that, they held roles at Sanford, a NewellRubbermaid company, as Director - Organizational Development & Leadership and Director - Human Resources, leading integration efforts and negotiating union contracts. Rich'searlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Sanford and as Operations Supervisor and Personnel Manager at Caterpillar.

Rich Trojan obtained a Masters degree in Management from Purdue University from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they received a degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their degrees, Rich Trojan also obtained The Six Types of Working Genius Certification from The Six Types of Working Genius in 2021.
