Russ Gehl has an extensive work experience in the railroad industry. Russ is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Holland LP, where they are responsible for developing long-term relationships, evaluating opportunities, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders. Prior to joining Holland LP, they were the Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer at Railway Equipment Company from 2019 to 2021. Russ also held various roles at Holland, L.P. from 2009 to 2019, including Vice President of Class 1 and International Sales, Vice President of Maintenance of Way Sales, and Midwest Business Development Manager. In these roles, they focused on international business growth, managed sales teams, spearheaded product development, and led strategic planning efforts.
Russ Gehl has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Winona State University.
