Dean Mihalicz

Dean Mihalicz has a robust background in technology and engineering, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Technology at Holland Partner Group from November 2023 to January 2025 and previously holding the position of Senior Director - Multifamily Technology. Prior to that role, Dean worked as VP of Engineering at PerfectServe from August 2021 to November 2023. An extensive career at Surepoint Consulting from November 2007 to August 2021 culminated in the role of President. Dean also held the position of VP of Professional Services at Stone River (formerly Fiserv Insurance Solutions) from January 1998 to October 2007 and began a career in software engineering at CROWN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY from January 1997 to December 1998. Dean Mihalicz is an alumnus of the University of Regina.
