Kari Grossman

Kari Grossman, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on benefits administration and program development. Since November 2019, Kari has served as the Director of Human Resources at Holland Partner Group. Prior to this position, Kari held various roles at Core Health & Fitness from February 2010 to November 2019, including Compensation & Benefits Manager and Senior HR Generalist, where responsibilities included managing corporate benefit programs and training. Kari began a career at Nautilus Inc. in December 2004, progressing from Customer Service Representative to International Account Coordinator Lead, gaining expertise in order processing and international logistics along the way.
