Alpesh P. has extensive experience in IT roles, starting in 2005 as a Software Engineer at Deringer-Ney Inc. Alpesh worked on research, design, development, and testing of custom ERP and business intelligence applications. Alpesh was later promoted to Principal Software Engineer and then IT Software Development Manager, where they also collaborated with operational and product managers on coding solutions and project feasibility. In 2018, Alpesh joined Holland Applied Technologies as the Director of IT, and in 2019, they became the Director of Information Technology at Liquid Process Equipment.

From 1985 to 1989, they attended Sardar Patel University and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General. Alpesh then pursued their interest in Electronics, studying at the same institution from 1987 to 1990 to obtain a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electronics. Finally, from 1990 to 1992, they returned to Sardar Patel University to specialize in Computer Science and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
