Mary Ladesic has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Mary has worked as Vice President of Engineering & Manufacturing at Holland Applied Technologies since 2023. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Configuration Services at CDW from 2021 to 2022. Mary also held multiple positions at Acuity Brands, including Vice President of U.S. and Netherlands Manufacturing, Vice President of Acuity Business System, and Director of Operations. Ladesic worked at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company as Director of Business Development and Director of Production Programs, among other roles. Mary began their career at Honeywell, where they held various progressive positions and served as Airbus Integrated Supply Chain Leader and Manager of Customer Quality/Component Engineering. Ladesic is experienced in Lean transformation, operational excellence, and strategy deployment.
Mary Ladesic obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Management from the University of Dayton, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Mary then pursued a Master of Science in Industrial Administration (MSIA)/Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations and IT at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business from 1997 to 1999.
In addition to their formal education, Mary has acquired several certifications throughout their career. Mary completed Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander, Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, and Unconscious Bias courses through LinkedIn in July 2020. Mary also obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Honeywell in 2004, although the specific month of completion is unknown.

We also offer experience in P&ID development, process design, project management and onsite support. ∙ Sanitary Stainless Steel Process Flow Components: We are one of the nation’s largest stocking distributors of high purity pumps, valves, fittings, hose assemblies, instrumentation and single use products. ∙ Single Use/Disposable Process Components and Equipment Holland offers a complete line of single use components for the bio-pharmaceutical Industry. Products include disposable tubing, custom manifolds, single use connector systems, sterile connectors, valves, single use mixers, bioreactors and disposable bag sytsems. ∙ Custom Fabricated Sanitary Components: This includes manifolds, jacketed assemblies, transfer panels and custom valve assemblies. Additional in-house services include complete pump and valve repair.
