Catherine James

Catherine James has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Catherine started their career in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative at AAMI. Catherine then joined Suncorp Group in 2007, where they held various roles, including Team Leader, Senior Advisor, Program & Change, and Operations Manager. Catherine's role at Suncorp Group also included being a Senior Business Improvement Advisor and Deployment Manager. Catherine later became a Product Design Specialist, responsible for creating new and enhanced products and services for insurance customers. Before joining Hollard Insurance Australia in 2022 as the Head of Lodgement & Events, Catherine worked as the Manager of Product Optimisation at Suncorp Group from 2017 to 2022. Currently, Catherine is serving as the Head of Customer Operations at Hollard Insurance Australia.

Catherine James earned a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Property from the University of South Australia, where they studied from 2006 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Adelaide High School from 1998 to 2002, although no specific degree or field of study is indicated.
