Elliot Ramatlo

Elliot Ramatlo has extensive work experience in data engineering and business intelligence roles. Elliot is currently working as a Technical Lead in Data Engineering at Hollard Insurance Australia since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Engineer at the same company from June 2022 to January 2023. Before joining Hollard, Elliot worked as a Data Engineer at Capitec Bank from October 2021 to June 2022, where they developed enhancements for existing products and implemented rational database systems. Elliot also has experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist at Assupol Life from January 2021 to October 2021, where they ensured projects were completed within scope, time, and budget, and adhered to data and development standards. Elliot's earlier experience includes roles as a Business Intelligence Developer and Continuous Improvement Analyst at Hollard Insurance from November 2016 to December 2020, and as a Credit Controller from October 2014 to January 2016.

Elliot Ramatlo completed a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Elliot has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate from Microsoft Azure in 2023.
