Rehgan de Mather

Rehgan De Mather has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Currently, they hold the role of Initiative Lead Business Optimisation at The Hollard Insurance Company Australia, starting in 2022. In 2021, they worked as a Learning Partner at Defence Bank. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, they were a Training Consultant at Defence Force Recruiting. From 2013 to 2018, they held the position of Training and Projects Manager at Staysafe Security. In addition to their corporate roles, Rehgan De Mather has pursued their passion for art throughout their career. They have worked as an Artist, creating work that combines drawing, painting, printing, and collage. They have also participated in artist residency programs at venues such as fortyfivedownstairs Inc and Appleton Street Studios. They have had experiences as a Gallery Technician at Gippsland Art Gallery and Latrobe Regional Gallery. Their artistic journey has been marked by a desire to create, construct, and connect through the reuse and recycling of previous works and canvas.

Rehgan De Mather completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts degree at Monash University from 1999 to 2001. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Melbourne Polytechnic in the field of Education. Additionally, in 2010, Rehgan completed a Certificate II in Security Operations at the National Security Training Academy, focusing on Security and Loss Prevention Services.
