Wikus Luus is a seasoned professional in the insurance and actuarial fields with extensive experience, currently serving as the Executive Head of Advice Led Business (Intermediated Life) at Hollard Life Solutions since July 2012, in addition to roles as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Actuary. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate Director in Insurance Risk and Regulatory at PricewaterhouseCoopers SA and a Senior Manager in Human Resource Services specializing in Pensions at PricewaterhouseCoopers UK. Wikus began the career as an Actuarial Consultant in Pensions at Liberty Life. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Applied Machine Learning from Columbia University, a Fellow designation from the Institute of Actuaries in Pensions and Actuarial Science, and an Hons degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Pretoria.
