Paul Derham

Paul Derham serves as the Chair of the Digital Economy Council of Australia (DECA), an organization representing the digital asset sector. With extensive experience as the Managing Partner at Holley Nethercote since June 2001, Paul specializes in financial services law, particularly in FinTech, derivatives, and licensing. Additionally, Paul contributes as a Corporate Trainer for Holley Nethercote Training, focusing on compliance and training related to financial services. Paul held the position of Chairman for Christians Against Poverty (Australia) Ltd from September 2013 to September 2023, leading initiatives to support individuals in achieving financial freedom. Paul holds a Diploma of Financial Services from Kaplan Education and a BA/LLB (Hons) from Deakin University.
