Kollin Nava

Kollin Nava is a Corporate Counsel at Holley since February 2023, previously serving as a Senior Attorney and Staff Attorney at Pampered Chef from February 2019 to February 2023, where guidance on legal risks across various sectors was provided and successful openings of three EU subsidiaries were facilitated. Prior experience includes a role as a Contract Management Associate at Axiom from September 2018 to January 2019, where SOWs, Work Orders, Change Orders, and Amendments to MSAs were drafted and negotiated for a Fortune 100 client. Kollin Nava holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology (2015 - 2018), and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Socio-Legal Studies from the University of Denver (2011 - 2015).
