Patricia D. is the current CEO of Hollingsgate Recruitment, a Diversity Certified, Woman owned and controlled recruitment firm. With headquarters in downtown Toronto, the company specializes in attracting top talent in the fields of IT & Technology, Cyber Security, Finance, and Digital Marketing. Prior to their role at Hollingsgate, Patricia worked as VP of National Accounts at Modis and Director of National Accounts at Ajilon Consulting. Patricia also founded Jump Futures, an organization focused on assisting marginalized groups in gaining economic independence through meaningful employment. Patricia holds a degree in Applied Geography from both Toronto Metropolitan University and Ryerson University.
